sdapy.snerun.check_dir

sdapy.snerun.check_dir(check=False, askifdirmissed=False, update=False)

Check HAFFET data directory, if any folders or files missing, will copy into the data directory.

Parameters

check: `bool`

if True, will only check if file existed or not, will return the checking result as a bool

askifdirmissedbool

if any directory missed, ask the permission to make them or just make them directly.

update: `bool`

if True, will replace all data files in the data directory, with those defualts ones, in https://github.com/saberyoung/HAFFET/tree/master/sdapy/data
